REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 3 years of working experience in marketing and selling heavy equipment products is required for this position.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Engineering.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; good leadership and the ability to motivate and coach a team into achieving set goals
• Good marketing skills and general knowledge of sales techniques
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Willing to be located at Pekanbaru, Riau
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for increasing the branch’s client base and revenues.
• Work with a sales team to generate leads for new business and customers through continual sales promotions.
• Responsible for making sure the sales team adheres to the company mission and meets sales quotas.
• Supervise the sales team’s daily performance or target and follow up on new or used sales achievements and taking part in casual transactions.
• Meet and/ or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly team sales targets.
• Provide sales training and on-going mentoring to staff both real time and through monitoring phone calls.
• Review daily reports to diagnose excellence and areas of improvement that affect individual and team performance.
• Ensure all contracts/paperwork are completed and returned accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the Sales Manager.
• Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in a designated region.
• Travelling to visit potential clients.
• Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
• Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.
• Offering after-sales support services.
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
• Helping in the design of custom-made products.
